The fully organized and spacious kitchen of Makis Inn Resort, the Makis Fish Cuisine, hosts friends of cooking creations from May 1 to June 30, and from 15 September to 30 October, organizing cooking and pastries courses based on Mrs Nelly's traditional recipes.

The recipes are made using only local products (eggs, fish, meat, vegetables, fruits, etc.), and the pure olive oil produced in Korontini’s Farm, rich in polyphenols and other nutrients.

The cooking courses are delivered by Nelly herself, according to the course fees in groups of 1 to 10 people. The courses include:

  • 90-minute Demonstration Classes where guests monitor Mrs Nelly to run her recipes, explaining the procedures in detail and answering any questions.
  • 90-minute cooking classes, in which guests actively participate, cooking along with Mrs Nelly the recipes she has prepared for you.
